The Pork Rack Char Siu is Má Pêche’s large format meal. It features a Heritage Farms center cut rib rack that is brined for 72 hours in a Chinese five spice blend and glazed in our char siu sauce. The rack is roasted for two hours before served, and is accompanied by rice, daikon-carrot slaw, ginger pickled Chinese mustard greens, char siu sauce, mustard sauce, sweet garlic vinegar sauce and steamed buns. Guests are encouraged to eat as they please.

The Pork Rack Char Siu is offered as a half rack meal that serves 3 – 6 for $195 and a full rack meal that serves 7 – 12 for $390 (exclusive of beverage, tax, and gratuity). The meal is offered every day by reservation only at 11:30 am, 1:30 pm, 6 pm, and 9:30 pm.
